Shipping Policy

Most items are ready made and therefore are ready to ship within 1-3 business days.

 

For Items that are being made to order or commissions please allow at least two weeks depending on the item. Some commissions or made to order items may take longer than this, which will be stated when placing the order.

 

All items are sent via Royal Mail, are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

 

Cami-Lou Jewellery Designs is not responsible for any delays that may occur in shipping after your order has been sent.

 

UK shipping:

There are two options for UK shipping:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.50

Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.00

please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.  

International Shipping: 

If you live outside of the UK and would like to order from Cami-Lou Jewellery Designs please get in touch via camilla@camiloujewellery.co.uk or the contact us page on this website and I will happily get a quote for shipping.

All postage costs are based on the cost of posting via Royal Mail and the cost of any packaging that is used on your orders.
