Returns Policy

I hope that you love your jewellery but if for any reason your item isn’t suitable then please get in touch within 14 days of receipt to request a return. You can do this at the bottom of the contact page on this website or alternatively please send an email to camilla@camiloujewellery.co.uk

please note I do not accept refunds or exchanges on any earrings or commissions.

Conditions of returns:

- Once received, please inspect your order to make sure the item(s) aren’t defective, damaged or that you haven’t received the wrong item(s). If any of the previous apply then please contact me immediately before the item has been worn.

- To be eligible to return your jewellery please make sure that it is in the same condition that you received it, that it has not been worn and that the original packaging isn’t damaged. 

- If I’m not happy with the condition of the item I receive back for a refund/exchange, and I feel that it’s not in its original condition, then the buyer will be responsible for any damages or loss in value to the item(s).

- When making a return please make sure you have a proof of purchase.

- Once you have requested a return, please wait for an email reply with instructions of what to do next.

 Return Postage:

- Cami Lou Jewellery designs is not responsible for any return postage costs on refunds or exchanges.

- If returning please make sure you package your item(s) safely and send it back to us either signed for delivery or at minimum please have a proof of postage. Cami-Lou Jewellery Designs is not responsible for any damages incurred on return.

Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item then the quickest way to do this is to return the existing item you have purchased, once the item has been accepted by myself I will issue a refund. I would then recommend then ordering the new item that you wish to buy.
